OpenMRS
A free, open source medical records system written in java that helps provide healthcare to individuals living in third world countries. Health workers are able to use OpenMRS to keep track of patient history and treatment, while operating at minimal cost. I became a contributor for OpenMRS along with two of my college classmates for our Computer Information Systems capstone project.
